My fitness journey started in 2016, but if I’m being honest, that journey led me to a terrible relationship with food.
I began binge eating, which ultimately led me to developing an eating disorder.
It wasn’t until 2018 that things really started to change for me. I realized that diet culture had it all wrong, and instead of following the noise, I decided to go against the grain.
That shift led me to where I am today - helping women like YOU find a better, healthier way to approach fitness, wellness, and self-care.

I live in Washington state with my husband and our almost 5-year-old son. As a family, we love to camp and spend as much time outside as possible.
I’m a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and a personal trainer through NAFC,
I also have 17 years of experience as a massage therapist.
I’m passionate about helping women become stronger — both physically and mentally — while teaching them how to fuel their bodies properly.
Through my work in nutrition, fitness, and bodywork, I strive to help my clients achieve sustainable health and wellness.s.
Hi, I'm Brittany — a strategic and creative professional with a Bachelor’s in Retail Marketing and associate degrees in Business, Psychology, and Special Needs Education.
With a background in client experience, event planning, CRM management, and social media strategy, I help small businesses grow with purpose and heart.
My journey into virtual support was inspired by my son’s autism diagnosis and a desire to create more inclusive spaces. What began as local, sensory-friendly events has grown into a full-time business supporting entrepreneurs such as EPFitness with marketing, sales systems, product development, and live event coordination.
Working with EPFitness has been a rewarding experience filled with heart and purpose. I’m grateful to be part of an incredible team, witnessing real transformations and truly inspiring journeys every day.


Hey there! I’m Jacob Sherman.
I’m 23 years old and live with my girlfriend, Catiy, and our two dachshunds—Zeus and Toby.
I’ve been passionate about fitness since my freshman year of high school, and I really started dialing in my training during senior year. Working out isn’t just a hobby—it’s a lifestyle I love.
Since 2018, I’ve worked in various gym settings and stepped into a management role in 2021. I’ve been proudly part of the EPFitness team since July 2022, where I’ve created dozens of customized workout programs designed to help clients get stronger, move better, and build lasting results.
